Premier Homecare is a really good company to work for, I just enjoyed it. The office staff are really helpful and they do their very best with rota planning to ensure you get run is rather than calls all over new carers get good training and they have good bonus and incentive . I would recomend working for Premier to anyone.Their training programmes are fantastic and very well organised. Everyone is so friendly , helpful and there for you.

I am an employee of Premier Homecare Limited in Bristol, having started with them shortly after it was set up in 2004. It is in my view, an excellent Company and I am proud to be part of it's workforce. Despite ever increasing problems we hear about in the home care industry, this Company seems to continue to provide very high standards of care to it's clients (I like the fact I am working for a Company with standards like this) at the same time it seems to value the importance of having well trained, highly supported and motivated staff. I work in the office environment which is always well organised and calm. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and everyone seems to know the part they should be playing - in my view, a great team and company to work for.
I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised at the very quick proficient service I was offered when faced with having to find day care for my mother at very short notice. The team were very accommodating and helpful and I feel I can happily go away knowing my mother is in safe care. I would highly recommend Premier Homecare.
